The First Seder in the Kibbutz

Deganya

Reference: The first Passover in Um Juni, in the year 5671, I was with a few guys and girls, who with radiant countenances read “Why is this night different” which was new for us. And I wondered at that time: Can you hear?  Will our fathers and our young brothers be reading the tunes of the new Haggadah wherever they are dispersed in the wide world? That same gathering that was gathered together on Seder Night concluded with frenzied dancing. Old Gordon and Young Bussel joined in with the dance and were excited when singing: “Morning, morning comes – to work”.
