He, who has dreamt and with his dream he did remain

He who had fought will know for what he went to war

He who remained awake all night shall see the light of day

He who is gone, shall not return forever more

 

He who has promised, shall not place his sword to rest

He who was called, marched way in front of all the rest

He who has loved, oh, many loves still do await him yet

He who is gone, shall never love, he's laid to rest

 

And all the mountains still do burn with shining glow

And when the sun goes down sea winds begin to blow

Thousands of flowers blossom bringing one and all some joy

He who is gone, shall never see this anymore

 

He, who has dreamt and saw his dream was coming true

He who has fought until he heard the shouts- "we won"

He who has passed through the whole night until he saw the dawn

Will not allow us to forget those who had gone.

 

He who promised and fulfilled his promise too

He who was able to return despite the fear

He who has suffered, but understood that all his pain is through

Will not ignore those who could never reappear.

 

And all the mountains still do burn with shining glow

And when the sun goes down sea winds still carry on

Thousands of flowers will yet blossom and will bring some joy

They will be proof that we have remembered everyone
