Villagers shall go out to work in the fields only when the majority decides which work is to be done and which type of seeds are to be planted. During the ploughing, all shall plough together, at the time of seeding, all shall seed together, and at the time set for reaping, all shall reap with joy, and this also applies to fruit picking.

In the choice of tasks to be done each job shall be chosen that is acceptable to all. So that there shall be no situation in which one deals with one's olive tree and another deals with his vineyard.
