Jerusalem Day
He will bring in his hands

Lyrics: Yoram Taharlev

Music: Yair Rosenblum

He will bring in his hands

To Elijah the Prophet

And he sits and waits for him

For years he dreams that he will achieve it

He keeps his secret and waits for him….

He sits in his shed

And does nothing

He will bring in his hands

To Elijah the Prophet

He sits and waits…

A man, who is really not young

Who has built a lot of houses

In every corner of the city

He knows every alleyway

Every street and every neighbourhood

He has built the entire city

For the past seventy years

And he dreams that like he has built the city

He will put the cornerstone on the Temple

He will bring in his hands

To Elijah the Prophet

And he sits…..
