Mourning
Alone

Ora Eilat

So alone without you

And so much with you all the time

Opposite the plate and the cup – one

A meal without you, alone

The armchair that you sat in – is silent

The walls are silent to listen

The vase is silent as thunder

Tells how it was here in the spring

But my world without you

Only your voice echoes around me

You are gone and everything is empty

And you are here, and you are here, and you are here
